Each month, you will have the chance to join 4 or more live group calls with Emmy and a group of supportive trauma survivors. We will have a call to chat about a topic, such as triggers, boundaries, creativity, etc. We will have at least one open sharing/support call, where you can share and get support on anything you're currently experiencing. We'll do at least one co-working call, as well as an end of the month reflection / new month intention call.
This is a great opportunity for you to share virtual space with other survivors and experience the feeling of connection you may be craving. You can always be on or off camera, and choose to share or just listen.
Call times will vary to try to attempt to accommodate as many time zones and schedules as possible.
In addition, joining gives you access to 38+ educational workshops recorded over the past 3+ years.
Past workshops you have immediate access to upon signing up:
Living as a trauma survivor can be unbelievably lonely. There are many barriers that prevent us from feeling connected to others, even if we’re surrounded by wonderful humans. The world we live in makes it difficult to talk about painful events we’ve faced, but even if we are able to, it is rare to find someone that makes us feel comfortable enough to talk about stuff that happened months, years, even decades long ago.
I created the @BloomingWithEmmy Instagram account when I was searching for community 5+ years ago. It was terrifying to tell people in my “real life” about what I had been through, even when I knew they would believe me. I created an online space to be in community with survivors and share my healing insights. As I became a trained trauma-informed coach, my skills in facilitating group and individual coaching containers has expanded. I’ve continued my education in how trauma impacts the body and brain, and how we can create avenues for healing. One of those avenues is safe community. The sanctuary I was looking for when I was still deep in my own trauma recovery was not something unique I craved. Human beings need safe community to repair trauma that was caused from unsafe dynamics such as abuse, neglect, and oppression.
We need places where we...
While I’ve sought to make this possible through my group coaching programs and my Instagram presence, I see a gap between the two that this membership community hopes to fill: a lower priced offer that allows for more community connection between members, not just commenting and liking on Instagram posts.
Thus, the Blooming Together Community is born.
This membership is a great fit for:
Adults 18+ living anywhere in the world.
Trauma survivors, or those aligned with this identity- perhaps you are questioning if what happened in your past “qualifies” as trauma, your loved one is a survivor, or you otherwise want to benefit from trauma informed education and community.
People who are generally able to contain and tolerate their own emotions, and care for themselves when triggered or distressed. I will not be able to caretake your emotional wellbeing within this group, so this is not suitable for people who don’t feel comfortable learning about trauma recovery without 1:1 emotional support.
Trauma survivors who are looking for education and support to help them live a thriving life despite living with trauma. You do not need to be diagnosed with PTSD to be in this group.
People who are ready to honor their past, look at their present self with more compassion, and create a better future for themselves.
People who desire a community of folks who may be facing similar issues due to a traumatic past.
People who relate to or feel seen by my Instagram posts, emails, and blog posts, and want to go deeper in the work of trauma recovery with me.
This group is not:
A substitute for psychotherapy or healthcare.
A way to diagnose yourself or others with any mental illness.
A place to “trauma dump” or unload your raw emotions onto others - please respect our boundaries and ask for consent around sharing as to not overwhelm other members.
If you’re looking for a place to receive this deeper level of support, I recommend working with a qualified trauma professional in a 1:1 setting.
Be respectful of each other's lived experience, and be kind when communicating with others.
While sharing what you learn is encouraged, please do not share personal details, names, or other identifying information about members of the group.
Take care to use content or trigger warnings when sharing potentially triggering stories or details within the group. While sharing is encouraged, please do not unload or project your raw emotions onto others.
No hate speech, violence, or other forms of oppression will be tolerated.
Communicate with Emmy if any problems should arise within the group or if something needs to be attended to.
You can cancel your membership at any time without hassle. This is your responsibility, and no refunds will be given.

I’m an abuse survivor, certified trauma-informed coach, writer, and educator with a mission to help others reclaim their power, reject shame, and walk boldly towards a life of balance, freedom, and joy.
The things we’ve gone through don’t have to define us. My mission is helping trauma survivors discover their power, honor their experience, and move forward toward a life of freedom and joy. By developing radical self-compassion, cultivating safety within, and learning to reject the voice of shame, I’ve stepped into a life I used to dream of.
It would be an honor to help you do the same.
I am certified as a trauma-informed coach (TIC) through the ICF accredited program provided by the organization Moving the Human Spirit. I am also trained in the NARM modality of working with complex trauma.

I live outside North America - how do the live calls work with various time zones?
Do I need to be diagnosed with PTSD to join this group?
How much does it cost?
I'm curious but not sure I want to commit - is there a contract or obligation to stay beyond this month?
"I started following Emmy Marie at the start of my self healing journey. I appreciated her authenticity and encouragement in choosing to radically heal from trauma. I didn’t hesitate at the opportunity to subscribe. I love being apart of a community with other trauma survivors who are dedicated to their healing, as I am. The community calls offer priceless modules providing information that’s easy to learn, understand, and reflect inward on. The following call facilitates deeper consideration along with connection to other survivors. We often share tips and lean in for better understanding there as well as the message forum. I HIGHLY recommend her membership community to anyone choosing to heal and evolve! 💜 #slaythesilence" - Sarah Allison
"I've been on the group for around six months now, and with the community calls, the platform on Mighty Networks, the monthly topics and support it definitely is an opportunity that I'm grateful to be a part of. It's a very safe atmosphere, it's a group of folks committed to themselves and their recovery from Trauma. The monthly topics, workshops, journal prompts all have been a nice addition to my recovery. It's a group of wonderful people, at different stages of their healing, different walks of life but all coming together to assist one another, and to learn and to heal. I'm grateful Emmy created this space, and I highly recommend this group for any Trauma survivors looking for some extra support and a safe platform to expand their support network and to grow with. I admire Emmy's tenacity, brilliance and passion for trauma recovery, and this group is a great place." - Jocelyn Mae*
"Thank you SO much for creating this group- I already feel so encouraged just reading a few of the posts to know that I can have such a safe, empathetic, trauma-informed community and space to learn and grow together. This is one of the main goals I had for 2022 was to find a community like this, so when I saw your posts about the group it felt like the PERFECT fit!!! so just wanted to say thanks for that :)" - Erin
"Hi Emmy, I love the community and your genuine care shines through in each workshop and group call. I look forward to each month's workbook and reflection around a specific theme - the topics tend to be exactly what I need. In group calls I often feel validated by what I hear others say, and it is the safe space in which I can expand my window of tolerance when it comes to sharing about myself (taking up space in group settings does not come easy for me). The membership has been an avenue for growth in more ways than I expected!" - Judy*
"I stumbled upon the Blooming Together community at one of the lowest points this year, when I was struggling to find a friend who could understand what I was going through and was starting to withdraw into isolation for safety. I saw a post on IG about Emmy's Trauma and the Nervous System workshop, and signed up and the rest is history. It has been very helpful and comforting to be connected with a group of people who understand what I have experienced, listen without judgement or forcing their own solutions, are super supportive of wins and growth, and share their own learnings. This community has helped me to regain some faith that there are people out there whom I can trust to wish me well and I am learning a lot from them as well. The workshops have been helpful as well, and I appreciate that they are recorded so I can listen at my own pace and don't have to be stressed to finish it within the month." - Elle
